At ManiManTech Enterprises LLP, we strive to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the services we provide. Our refund and return policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued and the conditions for returning products or services.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only to projects where a formal agreement has been signed and payment has been made.
The eligibility for a refund is determined based on the stage of project completion and the nature of the services rendered.


2. Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be issued.
The refundable amount will be calculated based on the work completed as per the agreed terms in the contract.
A certain percentage of the total project cost, as agreed in the contract, may be deducted to cover administrative and operational costs.


3. No Refunds after Completion

Once the project has been fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
The client is responsible for reviewing the deliverables during the development process and requesting changes as needed before final delivery.


4. Time Frame for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the project's cancellation or initial payment, whichever comes first.
Requests made after 15 days will not be eligible for a refund.


5. Non-Refundable Services

Any third-party services, including but not limited to domain registration, hosting services, and licensed software, are non-refundable.
Custom development and design services that have been started upon client approval are also non-refundable.


6. Return of Products

Physical products (if any) must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. The client is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of products.
Damaged or used products are not eligible for return.


7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment used by the client unless otherwise agreed upon.


8. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for delays or project complications arising from the client’s failure to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner.
Refunds will not be provided if the client changes the scope of the project after work has commenced.


9. Final Decision

ManiManTech Enterprises LLP reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds based on the specifics of each case.
