Refunds are applicable only to projects where a formal agreement has been signed and payment has been made. Eligibility is determined based on the project completion stage and services rendered.
Partial Refunds
If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed as per the contract.
A percentage of the total project cost (as agreed in the contract) may be deducted to cover administrative and operational costs.
All calculations are based on the terms specified in the signed service agreement.
No Refunds After Completion
Important: Once a project has been fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Time Frame for Refunds
Tip: Submit refund requests promptly to ensure eligibility. Keep all communication records.
Non-Refundable Services

Once client approval is given for custom work to commence, those services become non-refundable.
Return of Physical Products
Physical products must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition.
Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Damaged or used products are not eligible.
Client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with product returns unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Exceptions & Limitations
No refunds for delays arising from client's failure to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner.
No refunds if client changes project scope after work has commenced. New scope requires new agreement.
No refunds for issues arising from client's technical environment, browser compatibility, or device limitations.

ManiManTech Enterprises LLP reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds based on the specifics of each case and the terms outlined in the service agreement.
All decisions are made fairly, considering both contractual obligations and circumstances.
