All content, designs, code, and other materials created by ManiManTech Enterprises LLP are the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from the company.
Any software, design, or code provided by the company remains the property of ManiManTech Enterprises LLP until full payment is received.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
Neither party shall disclose any confidential information to any third party without prior written consent from the other party.
8. Limitation of Liability
ManiManTech Enterprises LLP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
The company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any of the Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalore, Rajasthan.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
